How to complain

Complaint: We operate a practice complaints procedure which conforms to NHS recommendations and national criteria. If you wish to make a complaint, we would like you to let us know as soon as possible, ideally, within a matter of days or at most a few weeks – this will enable us to establish what happened more easily. Please let us know by filling in the complaint form below and returning it to us via post or email it to us on newhouse.surgery@nhs.net Complaints should be addressed to the Operations Manager or a GP Partner. Alternatively, you may ask for an appointment with the Operations Manager in order to discuss your concerns.
